ATM Recyclingsystems is known for the high quality and the long lifetime of their machines. Now the cooperation with Hardox® wear plate in the field of wear parts has been extended further.
„With the of cooperation with Hardox® wear plate, our customerscan benefit from a lot of advantages“, says Andreas Anbauer, CEO bei ATM Recyclingsystems. Greater robustness of the machine is a central benefit. For the production of wear parts, ATM uses Hardox® 450 bis 600, depending on the customer’s requirements.
For example, ArnoPress 350-K presses up to 700 tons of metal sheet in one day. Thereby the machine is exposed to enormous strains. Continuous operation requires perfect quality in the areas of material and engineering. Wear plates are especially strained during the pressing process because they are in direct contact with the recycling material.
„The resilience of our wear plates directly influences the lifetime of our machines. In order to guarantee our customers the best quality of wear parts, we have been working with Hardox® for quite some time now. The extension of our cooperation as an official Hardox® wear plate partner was therefore an important next step,“ as Anbauer explains.
The benefits for the customers are multifaceted. For example, downtimes and thereby also process costs are reduced. Customers save time and money through longer service intervals while their machine stays fully functional.
