Types of Screening

Screening Process

- Screening: The main screening process separates the materials by particle size. Large particles remain on the screen mesh, while smaller particles fall through the openings. This separation makes it possible to separate metals from non-metallic materials.
- Fractionation: The materials separated by screening are divided into different fractions. Each fraction contains particles of a specific size that can then be further processed or recycled.
