The maximum share of content of oil, grease, dirt, plastic or residues from combustion is 5%.
It is free of material of groups 2xxx, 7xxx inter alia metallic impurities.
1) Preferably post-consumer scrap like dinnerware, TV antennas, traffic signs and vehicle number plates, window frames and so forth.
2) Scrap from demolition works.
The necessary preliminary processes are milling or grading.
The main processing steps are either briquetting or baling.
The machine for the main processing step is an ArnoPress baling press.
The intermediate product is either a briquette or a package in accordance with EN 13920-6:2003 while there is no reference to an ISRI Scrap Specification Circular http://www.isri.org/recycling-industry/commodities-specifications
The melting output typically reaches a minimum of 88%.
