Bunker & Shredder

  • Bunker volume: 1.4 m³ –> different Volumes available
  • 2-shaft shredder:

    • 2×8.2 kW, servo-controlled

    • different shredding power & shaft length from 600mm – 1500mm possible (depending on the capacity & material)

  • Torque at rotor: 2×8,000 Nm

  • Feed support via paddles — independent of chip shape

  • Shredding & dosing function via level sensor

  • Emulsion is captured and can be separated via a dedicated tank

Conveying technology

  • Easier cleaning of the conveying technology — with cleaning function
  • quicker material changes possible – if there should be no mixing of material is required

Briquetting

  • Accurate chip dosing via weighing screw — reliable briquetting process
  • Maximum chip compaction with Arnold briquetting technology
  • Briquette diameter: 50 – 240mm (depending on briquetting press type)
  • Main cylinder force: 760 – 12500kN (depending on briquetting press type)

  • Capacity: up to 0,25 – 16t/h (material-dependent and depending on briquetting press type)

Big bag handling

  • Briquette handling with big bag station
  • 4 stations, one big bag each — up to 2000 kg / big bag
  • Automated indexing/advancing when big bag capacity is reached
  • Loading and unloading independent of shredding & briquetting — without interruption
