The ARNO® Screen drum screens reliably separate scrap into up to three fractions, optionally with an extension for a larger screening surface or with a hopper and separately controlled conveyor belt. The vibrating screen ARNO® Screen VS 3000 complements the range for short, free-flowing chips, cast iron and aluminum milling chips – two powerful vibration motors ensure the highest separation precision in single-deck or double-deck versions. Whether pre-screening before the shredder, scrap cleaning or screening out fines before baling: ARNO® Screen increases the economic efficiency of the entire recycling line.
After shredding, metal scrap exists as an unseparated bulk material with widely varying particle sizes — not sufficient for further processing and sale. The screening drums from ARNO® Screen separate the material precisely into fractions, creating pure grain sizes that can be marketed in a targeted way.
