The ARNO® Shred V shreds composite materials at a rotor speed of 600 to 1,200 rpm – the polyhedral inner wall decelerates material pieces and shreds them at the edges, automatically separating different specific weights in the process. The ARNO® Shred H is designed for tough scrapyard conditions and primarily processes metal chips and similar materials in single-shaft, double-shaft or ejection versions.
Mixed light scrap, white goods and composite materials can hardly be separated into pure grades in their original form. The vertical and horizontal shredders from ARNO® Shred reduce the material to a uniform grain size and already separate it by specific weight — the basis for efficient further processing and higher returns.
