At most suppliers, machining, tube bending, welding, painting, and assembly run across multiple locations and intermediate transports — with friction losses in scheduling, quality, and responsibility. At ATM, all six technology areas are under one roof: our own machines, our own assembly, one point of contact for the entire assembly.

Mechanical Manufacturing

Drilling, milling, turning, grinding, and honing on 15 machines — workpieces up to 40 t, table length up to 11,200 mm.

CNC Tube Bending

Bent tubes Ø 12–219 mm without joints, repeatably accurate in series production — 3D CAD data fed directly into the bending center.

Steel Construction & Welding Technology

Bending, shearing, and MIG/MAG/TIG welding of assemblies, frames, and containers through to the finished construction.

Painting

Pretreatment, priming, and topcoat in the specified color — as the final step, in-house.

Engineering Support

Measurement and drawing creation for legacy parts without documentation, as well as design optimization of existing components.

Repair & Service

Repair of hydraulic systems and cylinders, Hardox® wear parts, and worldwide spare parts shipping.

Weld seam inspection, dimensional control, and inspection reports are a fixed part of the order — backed by accredited certifications.

Scope of inspection

Weld seam inspection
Visual inspection of seams in-house; further non-destructive testing methods by arrangement.
Qualified welding supervision
Welders and procedures qualified according to the requirements of EN ISO 3834-2.
Dimensional inspection with measurement report
Component dimensions are inspected and recorded per order — per piece on request.
Factory Production Control
Factory production control (FPC) for load-bearing steel components according to EN 1090-2, System 2+.
Component Documentation
Inspection and measurement reports as well as material certificates on request.
