The APD 220 Car Flattener is a special form of the SPD Press. Car bodies that have been pressed flat can be shredded more easily. Stationary on recycling lines and mobile version for scrap yards.

Auxiliary equipment?

The mobile version can be based on a hanger. Loading crane and a remote control will be optimal additions for efficient handling. Diesel engines or current generators are also available. For further information please contact us!

Cash saving potential?

An optimal transport of the car-wracks is granted and it is possible to load a truck tractor with 20 to 24 crushed wracks without any difficulties. In case of middle size car-wracks (also inclusive the engine) a loading of 13-15 tons can be reached. This is also valid for trucks with a tonnage of 15 tons where a tonnage - utilization of 90 to 100 percent is granted. That means a most economic utilization of the freight expenses.
