Baling Press SPD - WITH cover
The SPD series baling press can be supplied in five sizes. Models 80-2 and 100-2 compact in two levels, and models 100-3 to 300-3 compact the material three-dimensionally. The first compression is done using a cutting head, which allows bulky parts to be reduced in size as well as pre-compaction.
For car bodies we provide a special form of the SPD-press: the car flattener APD 220.

The SPD Series Presses are primarily used at scrap yards and in non-ferrours metal operations in which large, burky parts are compressed.

Cost saving potential?

Because transport capacities to and from the scrap yard are a critical price factor, the rapid processing of bulky, light and medium scrap is particularly advantageous. The cuboid shape of the packages means that transport and storage capacity can be optimally used.
