Applications?

The rail breaker was developed to process railway rails effectively. Only product-specific application - cutting with a Scrap Shear is more expensive.

Breakable materials?

Brittle railway rails with the highest possible alloy proportion. Soft tram rails, however, are not breakable.

Auxiliary equipment?

Remote control, air-conditioned cab, loading rig, power unit and rail magazine (for stationary rail breakers). In the case of the mobile rail breaker, the remote control, loading rig and power unit are already fitted on an extendable trailer.

Cost saving potential?

Rails are cut up immediately after disassembly (mobile ESB) on order to avoid the need for special transport. Alternatively, the stationary rail breaker also offers a feeding magazine, which reduces personnel costs.
